Learn what happens when your invoice balance is under 5.00 USD.
If your invoice balance is under 5.00 USD on the day it would normally be charged, we do not charge it separately. We carry it forward instead, and your invoice stays open and keeps collecting new activity.
The balance is charged on a later billing date, or sooner once it reaches 5.00 USD. Either way it is charged on one of your regular billing dates rather than at an arbitrary time, and it is never charged more than once.
The 5.00 USD threshold is measured in US dollars. If your invoices are issued in another currency, we compare the equivalent US dollar amount, so the exact figure in your own currency will vary slightly with exchange rates.
You do not need to do anything. The carried balance appears on your invoice as usual, and your payment method is charged only when the invoice is actually billed.
For everything else your invoice contains, see Invoices.
